In order to have a great workout at home, you need to have a solid set of weights. 

Grab a mirror and have a look. Standing in front of you is probably one of the best weight sets you’ll ever come across…YOUR OWN BODY!

It’s convenient, can give variable resistance and can be transported almost anywhere. 

Think about it. When was the last time you ripped out a set of 25 push ups without feeling your arms burning? How about the last time you did a set of burpees or chin ups or burpees with chin ups? How many body weight squats can you do in two minutes?
