The best kept secret in weight (and fat) loss…
The other day I posted a link to a video of Dr John
Berardi talking about his two latest programs – Lean Eating
For Men and Lean Eating For Women.
Far and away, the most frequent questions had to do with his
$20,000 prize – $10,000 to the top female winner and $10,000
to the top male winner.
Click here to check out the blog post announcing this amazing
prize:

Now, today, I want to share with you a post covering the flip
side of the 10K prize. In other words, if the prize is the
carrot, today’s video talks about the stick.
You see, Dr. Berardi’s a coaching expert. In fact, he’s
probably the most successful nutrition coach in the health and
fitness business.
And after speaking with him, I realized that there’s something
powerful to this idea.
You see, the biggest transformations – body transformations or
otherwise – are accomplished when people have big incentives.
And I’d say 10 thousand bucks qualifies as a big incentive all
right.
But big inspiring goals also need some potential punishment.
Or, some risk.
And in today’s video, Dr Berardi shows you how to coerce
yourself into sticking to the plan, even when the motivation
wanes.
Enter “the best kept secret in weight loss.”

So, if you’re REALLY interested in changing your body and
you’d like a little extra incentive for doing so, this is
definitely a program you need to check out.
Again, this message is time sensitive. From what I hear there
are A LOT of people clamoring to get in on the program.
So check out these posts below. I know you won’t be
disappointed.

Looks like your blog has gone from great Low Back Pain info to simply advertising your affiliate products. Too bad. It used to be good.

Hi Chandra,
Thank you for taking the time to comment. Your feedback is welcome and appreciated.
I just want to start by saying I’m sorry you feel that way.
The truth of the matter is that low back pain requires a multi-faceted approach and that includes losing any excess body weight and sound nutrition.
In that respect, Precision Nutrition is by far the best nutritional system available in the market today and I stand by their products 100%.
I am currently a volunteer moderator on the PN online forums and have tremendous respect for the amazing work they do empowering people. I have been a disciple of Dr. John Berardi since 2003-2004, a PN follower since December 2005 and have used the ideas behind this system on numerous clients in that time.
Some of these clients were able to alleviate their myriad aches and pains because they learned the importance of healthy, sustainable nutrition and its impact on optimal health. I have had clients lose over a hundred pounds in 8 months by combing the principles of PN with my exercise programming. I can assure you that by doing so, we alleviated low back pain, knee pain and other health risk factors (e.g. diabetes).
If you are basing your judgement on my blog because I promote a system which has only improved the lives of the people who apply it, I have no problems with that.
I hope that the blog and all free information contained within it, remains helpful to you.
Yours in movement.
